Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

This agreement is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The provider is individual entrepreneur Illia Tymoshenko, taxpayer number 3366204955 (the "Provider", "we"). The user is a legally capable individual aged 18 or over who has registered on lazybounty.com (the "User", "you").

The agreement is concluded when you register an account on the site (acceptance of the offer under Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). Taking out a subscription means you agree to the payment terms below.

2. Definitions

• Service: the website lazybounty.com and its personal account area.
• Catalogue: information collected by the Provider about open paid research studies, surveys and tests run by third-party platforms.
• Platform: a third-party company or website that runs studies, accepts applications and pays participants.
• Free access: daily access at no charge to three studies paying up to 50 US dollars, matched to the User’s questionnaire, and to partner platforms.
• Subscription (full access): paid access to the whole catalogue for one calendar month with automatic renewal.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Provider gives the User access to the catalogue: a list of studies, their terms in plain language, matching based on the User’s questionnaire, and a link to the study page on the platform’s site.

The Provider does not run studies, accept applications, select participants or pay for participation. Applying, taking part and getting paid happen on the platform’s site under its rules. The Provider does not guarantee acceptance to any study or any income.

4. Account

Access to the catalogue requires registration with an email address or a Google account. The User agrees to provide accurate information, not to share account access with third parties, and not to create multiple accounts to obtain more free access.

5. Free access

After registration the User can see the study catalogue and every day gets free access to three studies paying up to 50 US dollars that fit their questionnaire, and to partner platforms. The selection is refreshed daily. Access to the rest of the catalogue is given by the subscription.

No payment card is needed for free access.

Users who started a free trial before 29 September 2026 keep it on the terms under which it was started: when it ends, the first month of the subscription is charged to the linked card unless the User cancelled it in their account; if no card was linked, free access applies after the trial ends.

6. Price and payment

The subscription costs 5.99 euros per calendar month. The price is fixed when the subscription is taken out and does not change for an active subscription: subscriptions taken out in US dollars before 27 September 2026 continue at 5.99 US dollars.

Payment is made by bank card through the payment service Stripe or WayForPay, at the User’s choice. The User enters card details on the page of the chosen service, and only that service stores them: the Provider does not receive or store the card number. The Provider stores only the subscription status, the dates and amounts of payments, the card type and the last four digits of the card number.

The first payment is charged immediately, as a single transaction. If the User pays during the free trial, the paid month starts when the trial ends; if the trial has already ended, it starts at the moment of payment and access opens immediately. After that the subscription renews automatically: the chosen payment service charges for the next month on the day the current paid period ends.

If an automatic charge fails, the User is notified by email, and access remains until the end of the period already paid for and then closes. After each successful payment the User receives a receipt by email.

7. Cancelling the subscription

The User may cancel the subscription at any time in the account area: account menu → "Manage subscription". After cancellation automatic renewal at the payment service is switched off, no further charges are made, and access remains until the end of the period already paid for. A confirmation is sent by email.

Cancellation on its own is not a refund request.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of the latest charge at [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. The amount of the latest charge is refunded to the same card. Full terms are in the Refund policy at lazybounty.com/en/refund, which forms part of this agreement.

9. Rights and obligations

The Provider undertakes to give access to the catalogue during the free trial or paid period, to show study terms as published by the platform, and not to invent terms that are unknown.

The Provider may update the contents of the catalogue, change the interface, suspend access for maintenance, and block an account that breaches this agreement (in particular by obtaining the free trial again or sharing access with third parties).

The User undertakes to use the service only for their own search for studies, not to copy the catalogue by automated means, and not to resell access.

10. Limitation of liability

Study information comes from the original source and may change on the platform’s side without notice. The final terms of participation and payment are set by the platform. The Provider is not responsible for platforms’ selection decisions, for the timing or amount of payouts, or for the actions of platforms and third parties.

The service is provided "as is". The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee availability around the clock. In any case the Provider’s liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the latest paid period.

11. Intellectual property

The texts, design, catalogue structure and software of the service belong to the Provider. Study descriptions belong to the respective platforms. The User receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of the free trial or subscription.

12. Personal data

The Provider processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy at lazybounty.com/en/privacy, which forms part of this agreement.

13. Changes to the agreement

The Provider may change this agreement by publishing a new version on the site with its date. Users with an active subscription are notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The price of an active subscription does not change.

14. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one business day. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Ukraine. For consumers in other countries, this clause does not limit the rights guaranteed to them by the law of their country of residence.
