What is open to residents of Poland today
Our own data, as of 18 October 2026
- 10studies that explicitly accept this country
- 11new studies for this country in the last 30 days
- 690studies that do not state a country
The first number counts studies whose requirements include this country or the whole world. The second counts studies where the platform did not state a country in its published requirements: whether they accept residents comes out in its screener. The platform running the study pays you; LazyBounty never holds the money.
What is available
For someone living in Poland, the choice of platforms is much wider than from Ukraine, and the free LazyBounty feed lists the open Respondent and uTest studies that accept Poland alongside the Ipsos iSay Poland panel. Poland is on the official lists of Prolific, User Interviews and Askable (checked on 11 September 2026). UserTesting accepts contributors from around the world, and uTest publishes no list of excluded countries.
User Interviews quotes an average of over $45 per study, and in our catalogue a typical study pays $40. Invitations are irregular: User Interviews itself says one or two invitations every six months is normal.
Platforms go by country of residence, not citizenship. Prolific says so directly: if you are a citizen of an unlisted country but live in a listed one, you can join. So these platforms are open to Ukrainians living in Poland.
Prolific requires an ID issued by your country of residence: that country’s passport, a residence permit card, a visa page with your photo or an EU ID card, plus a phone number with the Polish code. A Ukrainian passport will not pass Prolific verification in Poland. User Interviews requires a mobile number to activate your account; landline and VOIP numbers are not accepted.
How the money arrives
Poland has all the usual EU payout methods. uTest offers a direct transfer via Wise to an account in local currency, and Poland is on its list. Clickworker pays EU countries via SEPA from 10 euros weekly. Most studies pay through PayPal.
A Polish tax resident is someone whose centre of personal or economic interests is in Poland or who stays in Poland more than 183 days a year. Residents declare all income, including from foreign platforms, on the PIT-36 return between 15 February and 30 April of the following year. The scale rates are 12%, and 32% on the part above 120,000 złoty. Foreign currency amounts are converted at the NBP average rate from the last working day before the income was received.
Which source of income research pay falls under depends on the circumstances. You can ask Krajowa Informacja Skarbowa for free: 22 330 03 30 from a mobile, 801 055 055 from a landline, +48 22 330 03 30 from abroad, 8:00 to 18:00.
Which language
Most studies are in English. UserTesting accepts fluent English, French or German; Polish is not among its testing languages. Askable works in English only, but researchers may write screeners in participants’ language.
On Prolific you can take a free language assessment in a language you speak and then receive studies in that language. It is offered based on the languages in your profile, so list Ukrainian and, if you speak it, Polish.
What to watch out for
Use your Polish address in your profiles and keep PayPal in the same country: Prolific requires PayPal to match your country of residence. After a move you will likely need to verify your documents on Prolific again.
Do not take studies while in another country and do not use a VPN: Prolific checks your location and can block studies and cash-outs.
